On March 15th we held our 2nd Annual St. Patrick’s Day lunch at the Olympic Club. Our guest of honor was record-breaking sprinter Rhasidat Adeleke. She spoke to us about her life as a professional athlete in Texas, her plans to prepare for Paris and what she eats as soon as she lands in Dublin (Nandos!)
