She’s also contributed to organizing offsites and engagement programs.
She brings over 20 years of HR and leadership experience with a focus on communication, coaching, and inclusion. Her background in hotel management provides strong skills in event planning and hospitality. Having lived in several countries, she is passionate about building community and is excited to support INBA’s continued growth.
James Allen
With over a decade of experience at Google, James has a strong track record of fostering vibrant communities and leading impactful initiatives. He moved to the Bay Area five years ago and leads Google’s Revenue Innovation team, where he has built and scaled multiple global business units. Prior to that, James spent six years in Dublin driving Google Ireland’s startup community efforts, including co-founding the “Adopt A Startup” accelerator. His core strengths lie in strategic thinking, innovation and community building—skills he gained from leading global teams in Ireland and the US. As an Irish expatriate, James is personally committed to supporting the Irish community in the U.S. and is eager to bring his diverse background and expertise to the Irish Network Bay Area.
We look forward to serving the INBA for another year of great events!
